A Letter From The Owner:

Hello, I am the owner of Goode Plumbing. My company provides plumbing and drain/sewer service for Chicago and many suburbs, including Wicker Park (my very first client in fact, is in Wicker Park!). I truly appreciate the business that you have rewarded my company with, and for those of you who have not used us yet, I hope you will consider us should you have the need!

Plumbing is considered an essential service, and that is not something we take lightly given the pandemic we are in. There are some plumbing related services that can really wait until things calm down-we want both our clients and employees to stay healthy. However, we know that there are many that cannot. A leaking water heater, a broken pipe, a clogged toilet, a backed up drain or sewer system, a faucet that is continuously running-are all things that should be taken care of sooner rather than later. A faulty plumbing or drain system can easily lead to disease, bacteria, mold, and other serious health related issues.

We offer a number of health and hygiene related plumbing upgrades-water filtration systems, a washlet toilet and toilet seat, touchless faucets, replacing lead water services with copper, etc. We have reduced pricing on these to try to help you stay healthy on the plumbing front. We also offer financing if you have an urgent issue that cannot wait and are worried about cost.

To keep our clients and employees safe while working in your home or business, we have stepped up several measures. We have always worn shoe covers, placed floor and surface protection down, and have worked to leave the work area cleaner when we are done than it was when we arrived. In addition to that, we come with masks and gloves, are practicing improved cleaning and disinfecting of our hands, tools, and truck interiors, and are keeping a safe distance. We are also giving a mini hand sanitizer to anyone who has us out. We have been getting calls from people asking if their plumbing issue is urgent or one that they can put off for a little while. If you are not sure, call and we can advise you. We have even been doing some small diagnostics over the phone and are happy to say that we have been able to walk some people through a minor DIY repairs over the phone, email, and video.
